Simple + Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

As someone who is not at all a baker this recipe could not be easier to follow! The bread comes out soft and delicious and is gluten/grain free, dairy free and completely clean.

Ingredients:

  • 3 overripe mashed bananas

  • 3 organic pasture-raised eggs (bonus points if they’re local)

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Dash of vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • A little bit of salt

Method:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, covering with a thin layer of avocado oil

  • Mix the mashed bananas, eggs and vanilla in a medium sized bowl

  • Gradually whisk in the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt

  • Pour into your pan and bake for 45 minutes

  • Let it cool for approximately 2 hours and enjoy!
