Simple + Healthy Banana Bread Recipe
As someone who is not at all a baker this recipe could not be easier to follow! The bread comes out soft and delicious and is gluten/grain free, dairy free and completely clean.
Ingredients:
3 overripe mashed bananas
3 organic pasture-raised eggs (bonus points if they’re local)
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
Dash of vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
A little bit of salt
Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 350
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, covering with a thin layer of avocado oil
Mix the mashed bananas, eggs and vanilla in a medium sized bowl
Gradually whisk in the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
Pour into your pan and bake for 45 minutes
Let it cool for approximately 2 hours and enjoy!
